Whether you bought your Beneteau or Lagoon from us or not, if you feel you have a warranty issue please contact Charles here at the office (310 821 8446) or by e-mail at warranty@naosyachtsales.com

You will have received a Warranty Certificate at the time of the purchase of your boat, which sets out the items covered and time periods relating to coverage. Be aware that many different suppliers of the equipment in and on your boat all have their own separate warranties. Since most of the suppliers want the part back for repair or replacement at their discretion, please do not dispose of defective parts before we determine whether or not they have to be returned to the manufacturer.

When calling or emailing us, please be prepared with your boat model and hull number; pictures are very helpful as well as a description of the issue. We will make an initial determination here and then work with you and the boat manufacturer to resolve the problem.

Depending on the nature of the problem we will most likely need you to bring your boat to our delivery dock, so that we have easy access to our shop tools.
